WORKSHOP

> SPARK TO FIRE

Contemporary Technique · Floorwork · Partnering · Improvisation

Spark to Fire is a workshop rooted in listening — to ourselves, to others and to the space we inhabit.

Drawing from Irene’s international experience, the workshop combines improvisation, floorwork, partnering and choreographic material with functional and plyometric training.

Through dynamic movement practices, dancers work on strength, mobility, stability, speed, stamina and endurance, while exploring their own physicality, movement identity and connection with others.

Spark to Fire can be adapted to professional, pre-professional and dance education settings.
